Terms of Use

By using Pixel & Popcorn, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What this site is

Pixel & Popcorn is a one-person magazine about games, movies, and basketball, written by Marcus Okafor. Articles are personal commentary and opinion, not medical, financial, legal, or other professional advice. Scores, rankings, and predictions are the author's judgments at the time of writing, not guarantees of any future outcome.

Content and copyright

Original text on this site is copyright © 2026 Pixel & Popcorn. You may link to any article and quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not republish full articles without permission. Names, titles, and trademarks mentioned in reviews and essays belong to their respective owners; mentioning them for commentary, criticism, and review is not an endorsement by, or affiliation with, those owners.

Links

Articles may link to outside sources for further reading. Those links are editorial references, not endorsements, and I am not responsible for the content of outside sites. As of this rebuild, the site carries no sponsored posts and no affiliate links; if that changes, the About page and the relevant articles will disclose it plainly.

Newsletter

The weekly email is a manual list. Subscribing means emailing the contact address with "Subscribe" in the subject line; unsubscribing means replying "Unsubscribe". There is no automated signup form on this site, and no signup on this site will ever be simulated.

Accuracy and changes

I try to get facts right and to correct mistakes when readers point them out. Articles are not updated silently to change a score or verdict after publication. The site, its articles, and these terms may change over time; the current version of a page is the version that applies.
